1. Service Overview

Summoner Note is a mobile application that lets you look up summoner match history information on the League of Legends Korea (KR) server. These Terms set out the conditions for using the Summoner Note app. By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Riot Games Notice

2.1 Third-party app notice

• Summoner Note is not an official Riot Games product
• It has no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship with Riot Games
• The App complies with the Riot Games Developer Policy
• It uses game data made publicly available through the Riot Games API

2.2 Intellectual property

• League of Legends, the Riot Games logo, and related content are the property of Riot Games
• Summoner data is provided through the Riot Games API
• Copyright in the Summoner Note app's UI, code, and design belongs to the developer

3. Conditions of Use

3.1 Who may use the service

• Users of the League of Legends Korea (KR) server
• All users who have agreed to these Terms

3.2 Restrictions on use

• Use of the App for commercial purposes is prohibited
• Collecting or distributing other people's personal information without authorization is prohibited
• Any act that overloads the App's servers or systems is prohibited
• Use in any manner that violates the Riot Games Terms of Service is prohibited

4. Services Provided

4.1 Scope of service

• Match history search based on summoner Name#Tag
• Solo/Duo and Flex rank tier and LP lookup
• Match history for the 20 most recent games
• Top 3 champion mastery lookup
• KDA statistics and win rate charts
• Saving favorite summoners

4.2 Service limitations

• Currently, only Korea (KR) server data is supported
• Data may be delayed depending on the Riot Games API update cycle
• Some features may change or be discontinued due to changes in Riot Games API policies

5. Limitation of Liability

Summoner Note is not liable in the following cases:

• Service interruption caused by Riot Games API server failures or data changes
• The accuracy of retrieved data (Riot Games API data is displayed as provided)
• Indirect damages arising from use of the App
• Failure to retrieve data due to your network environment
• App malfunctions caused by device or OS environment issues

6. Advertising

• Summoner Note includes advertising served through Google AdMob
• Advertising revenue is used to operate and maintain the App
• An ad-free premium feature may be added in the future

7. Changes to and Suspension of the Service

7.1 Service changes

• The developer may change the content of the service
• Some features may be modified when Riot Games API policies change
• Significant changes will be announced through an app update or a notice

7.2 Service suspension

• The service may be temporarily suspended during Riot Games API outages
• If the service is terminated entirely, notice will be given 30 days in advance

8. Privacy

Matters concerning the collection, use, and retention of personal information are governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes between users and the developer shall first be resolved through consultation
• If consultation is not possible, the Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of jurisdiction
• These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea

10. Changes to These Terms

• These Terms may be changed as necessary
• Changes will be announced through an in-app notice or on the website
• Revised Terms take effect 7 days after the announcement
